Amixe: Artisanal Chocolate by Irma Garcia

Artisanal chocolate made with organic cacao from Oaxaca, Mexico. Toasted to perfection and mixed with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla for a homey taste.

1 bricks makes 1 cup. Can be made with water, cow’s milk, and nut milks. Bring liquid to a boil, remove from heat and mix one brick for one cup. Mix thoroughly and serve.
